8 of 10 installers recommended NEVA
At OneHouse they had a clear idea from the beginning that they wanted to install external blinds on their houses – this fit into their concept in terms of both design and functionality. They just didn’t know yet which manufacturer or supplier to choose.
“I called all my acquaintances from installation firms here in the Moravian-Silesian Region and asked them about their recommendations. 8 out of 10 contacts told me that if I really wanted quality, I should go for NEVA. They may be slightly more expensive than rivals, but the quality was supposedly worth it,” recalls Dominik Folwarczny, another co-owner of OneHouse.
At the same time, product quality is key to OneHouse, as it cannot afford to spend much time on the road handling claims and defects. Blinds are just a small part of the activities for the people from his company and they need them to work reliably and cause as little trouble as possible.
Trouble-free arrangement and initial training
In addition to the supply of blinds, they needed to be trained in installation and servicing at OneHouse. “We want to be as independent as possible and to make our houses on our own from start to finish. That’s why we also requested a series of training sessions from NEVA so that they essentially made us installation partners and we could do everything on our own,” says Malatinský.
“Today we are already at such a technological level that we carry out installation, adjustment and service work completely ourselves. We only call NEVA in the event of specific complications, when, for example, something gets stuck on the building site or the blinds need a hard reset. NEVA also works very well from this point of view; someone always answers the phone and gives us advice,” adds Folwarczny.

Reliability, which is no longer common these days
Although OneHouse is a rather small construction company and has just a few houses under construction in its workshop at a time, the owners appreciate that they always receive the blinds in time and can count on them firmly in the manufacturing process.
“We always get the blinds from NEVA within two weeks of ordering, so when this falls on a Friday, we can count on them being here on that Friday. As a result, we can plan the building operations in such a way that we install the blinds on the very same day and there is nothing lying about unnecessarily here. Such reliability from suppliers is very rare these days,” Folwarczny is happy.
OneHouse receives the first positive responses to the external blinds from the customers themselves. “Clients write to us and call that they are excited about our houses. They say that everything works superbly – the photovoltaic panels, recovery system and they mention specifically external blinds as well. They speak highly of their easy control and the pleasant climate in the house. Their feedback is really great,” concludes Malatinský.
