ŽALUZIE NEVA extends its warranty on external shading – now 2+3 years
As from 1 July 2025, ŽALUZIE NEVA extends the period of warranty on its external blinds and textile screens. This way, customers will now get a total of five years of security – two years of a standard warranty and three years of an extended warranty. The change concerns all new orders and confirms the company’s confidence in the high quality of its products.

As from 1 July 2025, ŽALUZIE NEVA comes with a positive change that will please all its customers and business partners – the warranty on external blinds and textile screens is newly extended from the current 2+2 years to 2+3 years. This means that customers will have a total of five years of security concerning the quality and functionality of these products.
The change applies exclusively to blinds and textile screens. The warranty on motors of the Somfy, Geiger, Elero and Gaposa brands remains at five years, and the electronic components continue to be covered by a two-year statutory warranty. As part of the extended warranty, repairs of warranty defects will continue to be carried out free of charge in the company’s headquarters in Kralice na Hané, and replacement components, if necessary, will be supplied for free. However, the costs connected with the removal, installation and transport are borne by the customer.
The reason for this change is the long-term high quality of products and a very low failure rate of NEVA products. The external shading devices by NEVA are made of resilient materials with precise workmanship that guarantees a long service life even under challenging climatic conditions. As a result, the company can afford to offer a longer warranty without compromise.
