Amadeus Residence

Amadeus Residence is the first project of the the company Dostupné bydlení Česká spořitelna (DBČS), which focuses on providing quality and affordable rental housing. The newly built complex of three apartment buildings in Střížkov in Prague provides 254 modern apartments designed mainly for employees in public service professions. For example, nurses from the Na Bulovce and Motol hospitals have already been housed there. Our ZIP100 screens ensure the comfort and privacy of residents. For the whole project, we supplied 514 units that reliably protect against sunlight and noise.
