Both can be reliably regulated by means of external shading.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-heading typography my-1\">\n              \n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"svetelne-podminky-na-pracovisti-ad9f2023-aa4c-487c-b5be-9defaf1697d7\">Lighting conditions in the workplace<\/h2>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bad lighting doesn\u2019t just mean not enough light, it can also mean too much light. Excessive <strong>over-lighting<\/strong> or harsh glare and shadows strain the eyes and can be a&nbsp;safety hazard.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakonyprolidi.cz\/cs\/2007-361#:~:text=BLI%C5%BD%C5%A0%C3%8D%20HYGIENICK%C3%89%20PO%C5%BDADAVKY%20NA%20OSV%C4%9ATLEN%C3%8D%20PRACOVI%C5%A0T%C4%9A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Section 45 of Government Regulation No. 361\/2007 Coll.<\/a> , <strong>workplaces that are illuminated by daylight<\/strong> and may be subject to glare or increased heat load must have lighting openings (most often windows and skylights) equipped with screening devices to control direct solar radiation. At the same time, however, the screens installed shall not obstruct the view from the building outside.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a&nbsp;workplace illuminated by daylight, the daylight factor D<sub>min<\/sub> should be at least 1.5&nbsp;% (see the aforementioned Regulation). This should be combined with artificial lighting of at least 200&nbsp;lx per&nbsp;m\u00b2.&nbsp;<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-heading typography my-1\">\n              \n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"teplota-na-pracovisti-0db7fc20-2c00-4a17-95b9-2079f45903d5\">Workplace temperature<\/h2>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For occupations usually performed in factory buildings, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakonyprolidi.cz\/cs\/2007-361#castA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Government Regulation No. 361\/2007 Coll.<\/a> the limits are as follows:<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-table typography my-1\">\n              \n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th><strong>Type of work<\/strong><\/th><th>Minimum temperature<\/th><th>Maximum temperature<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>IIa\u2009\u2014\u2009mostly sitting, moving light loads, assembling light parts, piece work for toolmakers and mechanics<\/td><td>18&nbsp;\u00b0C<\/td><td>26&nbsp;\u00b0C<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>IIb\u2009\u2014\u2009mostly standing while using the hands, arms and legs, carrying loads up to 10&nbsp;kg, mechanics, machining and assembly<\/td><td>14&nbsp;\u00b0C<\/td><td>32&nbsp;\u00b0C<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>IIIa\u2009\u2014\u2009work standing with continuous use of both hands, sometimes bending and kneeling, walking, maintenance of machinery, construction, warehousemen carrying loads up to 15&nbsp;kg<\/td><td>10&nbsp;\u00b0C<\/td><td>30&nbsp;\u00b0C<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the law requires employers to ensure a&nbsp;suitable temperature, it does not <strong>say how<\/strong>.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following is often used to cool&nbsp;rooms:<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-list typography my-1\">\n              \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>industrial air conditioning,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ventilation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recuperation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exchanging air<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or external shading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is advisable <strong>to combine several cooling methods<\/strong>. For example, using air conditioning alone is not very economical, and many people dislike strong air conditioning.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of air conditioning at work is also regulated by law. The difference between the outdoor and indoor temperature must not be more than 7&nbsp;\u00b0C. It is therefore advisable to regulate the temperature in a&nbsp;more moderate way, for example by means of external shading.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-heading typography my-1\">\n              \n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"venkovni-stineni-splni-legislativu-a-nabizi-pohodli-6b881668-af4f-4d6b-88a1-8a9135886fde\">external shading meets legislation and offers comfort<\/h2>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to comply with the hygiene and safety measures resulting from the above-mentioned regulations and OSH, we recommend shading the windows of factory buildings <strong>with external shading with the possibility of control<\/strong>, i.e:<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-list typography my-1\">\n              \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>external blinds,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>external aluminium roller shutters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/en\/textile-screens\/\">external screens<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compared to roller shutters, external blinds allow better control of light thanks to the tilting slats. Roller shutters create complete darkness. If you have large windows, we recommend screens, which resist wind well and can be made in large&nbsp;sizes.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend smart motors or other central connections and sensors for the shading so that the blinds can be pulled up and down automatically based on the weather or, for example, the working hours.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-heading typography my-1\">\n              \n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"se-stinenim-svetliku-budte-opatrni-7217e8dc-1c7d-4ec4-9353-5708d2c201a1\">Be careful with skylight shading<\/h2>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A significant part of the natural lighting (and heat) in factory buildings is supplied by skylights. You can shade these too, but remember that the <strong>minimum percentage of daylight<\/strong> in the workplace must still be maintained. In general, we recommend that only windows are shaded.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need to shade a&nbsp;skylight, ideally choose temporary solutions such as outdoor tarpaulins (made of similar material as screen blinds) or motorised indoor shading systems. These will keep the area pleasantly cool but not&nbsp;dark.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-heading typography my-1\">\n              \n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"podle-ceho-vybrat-venkovni-stineni-pro-prumyslove-haly-71e417cc-8646-46d2-84ce-83c48a507034\">How to choose external shading for factory buildings?<\/h2>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are looking to construct a&nbsp;new factory building, start planning <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/en\/advice-and-instructions\/which-external-shading-should-i-choose-detailed-comparison-of-all-types\/\" title=\"external shading\">external shading<\/a> <strong>in the design phase<\/strong>. The advantage is that you still have room to work out the shading from a&nbsp;design, functional and technological point of&nbsp;view.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are shading an existing factory building, consult a&nbsp;specialist. The decision depends on<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-list typography my-1\">\n              \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>type of fa\u00e7ade<\/strong> and anchoring options for individual elements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wiring options,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>security requirements (if necessary, security roller shutters can also be purchased, which insurance companies recognise as a&nbsp;security feature),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>heat and light control requirements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the preferred type of operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/en\/advice-and-instructions\/how-to-carry-out-the-the-installation-of-external-blinds-during-re-constructions\/\">If you have a&nbsp;factory building made of bricks or panels, you can basically follow our advice for selecting shading for renovations.<\/a><\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>visual<\/strong>aspect is also important when choosing shading. This is a&nbsp;major intervention in the building that represents your business, so consult an architect before implementing anything. For example, you can choose bold colours for the blinds to support your corporate identity.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-heading typography my-1\">\n              \n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jak-to-mame-v-neve-0beeece2-7639-4dcb-ae3e-b4a3b37ea64c\">How do we have it at&nbsp;NEVA<\/h2>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have <strong>S90 <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/en\/blinds\/external-blinds\/\" title=\"external blinds \"><strong>external blinds<\/strong> <\/a>on the production facility and warehouse premises in Kralice na Han\u00e9. These are popular on office and industrial buildings due to their price\/\u200bperformance ratio\u2009\u2014\u2009they are very durable. In our case, they also matched the look of the fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We <strong>have buildings clad in sheet metal<\/strong>, which severely limits the options for anchoring shading equipment. Therefore, the only option in this case is a&nbsp;projecting installation on the fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-image typography my-1\">\n              \n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/NEVA-jak-zastinit-vyrobni-haly-1-1024x512.jpg\" alt class=\"wp-image-17959\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/NEVA-jak-zastinit-vyrobni-haly-1-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/NEVA-jak-zastinit-vyrobni-haly-1-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/NEVA-jak-zastinit-vyrobni-haly-1-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/NEVA-jak-zastinit-vyrobni-haly-1-1536x768.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/NEVA-jak-zastinit-vyrobni-haly-1.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The fa\u00e7ade system with projecting installation is very distinctive.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to blinds, we also use industrial air conditioning or conventional ventilation.<em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cWe and our employees are used to behaving appropriately as concerns the weather. For example, if it is colder outside, we leave the shading up and let the sun warm the shop floor. We are careful not to let the cold into the shop floor unnecessarily, for example by keeping the doors open for long periods when loading or unloading.<\/em><\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>When it is hot outside, we use shading from the morning and ventilate adequately for the situation. On cool mornings, we ventilate and cool the premises. Later in the morning and afternoon (when it is hottest), we try not to ventilate or let hot air in. During the day we use air conditioning.
