On the other hand, <strong>internal shading<\/strong> has more a&nbsp;decorative function \u2013 it completes the appearance of the office and improves its acoustic properties.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p>If the situation allows you to do so, go for external shading, which mainly in summer <strong>will noticeably improve the working conditions in the office<\/strong>. Choose internal shading in the event that external shading isn\u2019t worth it or is meaningless considering the orientation of the windows.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p><em>\u201cExternal shading keeps out not only light but also infra-red solar radiation; interior shading is more about visual screening. Where exterior shading isn\u2019t possible or suitable, interior shading must be used. However, for modern offices we recommend ZOOMTECH-type textile roller blinds, which fit large windows well. They give a&nbsp;minimalist impression and complete the design. You can also encounter wooden blinds but you will then not be able to combine them with external ones as they don\u2019t go together well<\/em>\u201c, explains Petr K\u0159\u00ed\u017e, Commercial Director of Bematech, a&nbsp;manufacturer of shading technology.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-heading typography my-1\">\n              \n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Think of those who work in the office<\/h2>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p>Also, adapt the selection of shading to the people who work in the office. For example, if you are choosing blinds for an IT engineers\u2019 office, external blinds are better as they black out the interior much better compared to internal blinds.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p><em>\u201cDirect sunlight can be really detrimental to many workplaces, so choosing a&nbsp;suitable type of shading increases user and eye comfort\u201d, <\/em>says Roman Vrti\u0161ka.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p>In terms of darkening a&nbsp;room, for example, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/en\/blinds\/products\/z-90\/\" title>Z90<\/a> external blinds or external textile screens are excellent. They create nearly absolute darkness in the room. Also, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neva.eu\/en\/textile-screens\/zipscreen\/\" title>external textile screens<\/a>&nbsp;work well. Even though some people prefer rather warm and others rather cool environments, the ideal temperature for work in an office ranges between<strong> approximately 21\u00b0C and 23\u00b0C<\/strong>. Which is a&nbsp;problem mainly in summer.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"component component-gutenberg-paragraph typography my-1\">\n              \n<p>External blinds are capable of reducing the temperature inside the room by up to 10 degrees Celsius in a&nbsp;hot summer but only on condition that they are pulled down and blacked out for days at a&nbsp;time, which may not be convenient to everyone.
